They were both thorough, detailed, and transparent with their answers to any questions we had, and they did a great job of working with us through the intricacies of a more complicated loan. A couple of weeks ago, I received a call from Sam Bechtel at ClickStart Mortgage, who explained that they partner with PennyMac and could assist in refinancing my mortgage to significantly reduce both my interest rate and loan term. Although I was initially hesitant (given that refinancing can often be a complicated and time-consuming process) the potential savings made it worth pursuing. I’m glad I moved forward. Sam and his colleague, Katie Mendenhall, made the entire experience straightforward and efficient. They maintained clear and consistent communication, even outside of standard business hours, and handled my paperwork promptly. Within a day of receiving the payoff amount from PennyMac, they had already scheduled a signing appointment with the underwriter.
